General Terms and Conditions

Belco uses the NLdigital conditions. NLdigital is a collective of more than 600 companies.

NLdigital represents global players and hundreds of scale-ups and SME's which together form the basis of digital Netherlands. The General Terms and Conditions contain rules for the contact between suppliers and clients when delivering products, services and products. The NLdigital Terms and Conditions have been filed by NLdigital with the District Court of Utrecht, the Netherlands. The conditions apply to all our offers and agreements.
