Linking Lightspeed to Belco
If you run one or more webshops, you know better than anyone that you will be confronted with questions, e-mails and telephone calls. You use Belco software to ensure that all of these arrive at one central point and can be dealt with. Because many of our customers use Magento 2, we have developed a plug-in that allows you to easily link your Magento 2 webshop to Belco's software.
Is it difficult to link Lightspeed to Belco? No, it isn't! With the handy Lightspeed API, it's just a matter of doing it. You do this by going to Shops in the Belco menu and clicking on 'Add a shop'.

Linking Lightspeed to Belco has a number of handy advantages. We will explain 3 of them below.
1. Adding channels
When you have linked Lightspeed to Belco, all the customer information is immediately loaded. The next step is to link all your channels that receive questions to Belco once. All communication then arrives in one inbox, so you always have an overview and can quickly respond to customer questions.
2. Creating teams
Lightspeed is a platform that is very suitable for larger webshops. The larger the webshop, the more customer questions it will have and the more important it is to get these to the right employee. Within Belco, you can therefore create teams: for example, a team specialised in dealing with returns or a team where all the (hopefully not too many) complaints come in.
3. Viewing order history
When your customer is recognised by Belco's system, you get to see the customer's complete order history on your screen. This means that you will see all the products ordered by the customer, together with the corresponding order status.
