Linking your CCV Shop to Belco has a number of useful advantages. Below we explain 3 of them.

1. Customer data is loaded automatically

When you create a link between CCV Shop and Belco, the most important customer data is automatically loaded. When a customer then contacts you, the customer's name immediately appears on the screen. Just like the contact and order history – handy, right?

2. All communication under one roof

At Belco we don't like switching between screens and systems, because that takes up unnecessary extra time and makes it difficult to keep an overview. That is why all customer communications are entered into one system, such as e-mail and telephone, but also WhatsApp, bol.com and Instagram DMs.

3. Add Live Chat

You see them popping up on more and more websites: Live Chat functions – sometimes annoying, but often useful. Because Live Chat is becoming an increasingly important communication channel for web shops, you can add a Live Chat function to your CCV Shop via Belco. All chat messages then arrive in Belco and can be answered there immediately.
