If you run a web shop, you know better than anyone that you will receive customer enquiries via various channels, from telephone to social media. Belco's software ensures that all customer communications arrive in one central location and can also be dealt with there. Since several of our customers use CCV Shop, we have developed a handy CCV Shop API that allows you to link the Belco software to your webshop.

Is it difficult to link CCV Shop to Belco? No, it is not! With the handy CCV Shop plug-in you will have your shop connected to Belco in just a few minutes. Connecting your CCV Shop to Belco has a number of handy advantages. We explain 3 of them below.

1. Customer data is automatically loaded

When you create a link between CCV Shop and Belco, the most important customer data is automatically loaded. When a customer contacts you, their name appears immediately on the screen. Just like the contact and order history - handy, isn't it?

2. All communication under one roof

At Belco, we don't like switching between screens and systems, because that costs unnecessary extra time and makes it difficult to keep an overview. That's why all customer communication arrives in one system; think of e-mail and telephony, but also for example: WhatsApp, bol.com and Instagram DMs.

3. Add Live Chat

You see them popping up on more and more websites: Live Chat functions - sometimes annoying, but more often useful. Because Live Chat is becoming an increasingly important communication channel for online shops, you can add a Live Chat function to your CCV Shop via Belco. All chat messages will then arrive in Belco and can be answered there straight away.
