Linking Magento 1 to Belco has a number of useful advantages. Below we explain 3 of them.

1. Add channels

Once you have linked your Magento webshop to Belco, you can add all your communication channels, such as e-mail, telephony, social media messaging and Live Chat, to Belco. All customer questions then arrive in one inbox and can also be answered immediately from Belco.

2. Customer card

When a customer contacts you and is recognized by Belco, for example because the customer has previously placed an order, the customer card is immediately shown. Here you will find all important customer information: from contact details to order history.

3. Take internal notes

Would you like to make a quick note during or after a conversation with your customer? This can easily be done in Belco with internal notes. You can make a note for yourself, but also for a colleague, for example.
