You use Belco software to ensure that all of these arrive at one central point and can be dealt with. Because many of our customers use Magento 1, we have developed a plug-in which allows you to easily link your Magento 1 webshop to Belco's software.

Is it difficult to link Magento 1 to Belco? No, it isn't! With the handy Magento 1 plug-in, you can link your shop to Belco in just a few steps. Linking Magento 1 to Belco has a number of useful advantages. We will explain 3 of them below.

1. Adding channels

When you have linked your Magento webshop to Belco, you can add all your communication channels, such as e-mail, telephony, social media messaging and Live Chat, to Belco. All customer questions will then arrive in one inbox and can also be answered immediately from Belco.

2. Customer card

When a customer contacts you and is recognised by Belco, for example because the customer has placed a previous order, the customer card is immediately shown. Here you can find all the important data about the customer: from contact details to order history.

3. Taking internal notes

Do you want to make a quick note during or after a conversation with your customer? This is easy in Belco with internal notes. You can make a note for yourself, but also for a colleague, for example.
