Customer data 

When you create a link between your shop system and Belco, the most important customer data is automatically loaded. You can look up this data yourself, but it also appears on the screen when the customer contacts you. You immediately see the customer's name, e-mail address, phone number and even location. This way, you always have the most important contact information at hand and communicate with your customers quickly and efficiently.

Order history

The classic question: "What is your order number?" is rarely heard at Belco. This is because in Belco you get to see the complete order history on your screen. You can also see the order number, the amount of the order and its status. Do you want to see the content of the order? Then click on the order and you will immediately be forwarded to your shop system.

Contact history

When your customer has to explain his problem or question to you for the umpteenth time, you are already 10-0 down before the conversation starts. At Belco, we prevent this by storing all contact history in our system. This allows you to see at a glance why and when the customer has contacted you before. You can also easily read back details or notes from previous conversations - via any channel. This saves you a lot of searching and your customer a lot of frustration.

Basket information

Just like in a real shop, our system shows you exactly which products the customer has in his shopping basket. On the basis of that information, you can give the customer tailor-made advice and help him quickly if, for example, there are questions or problems during the checkout process. The information about the shopping basket is passed on to Belco in real time, without any delay.

Tracking

In Belco, you can see which pages of your web shop have been visited by a customer: we call this the visitor's path. This information can be valuable when solving a problem, but it also gives you the opportunity to proactively provide your customer with advice or help.

External input

In addition to the above-mentioned information that is automatically loaded from your shop system, it is also possible to load additional information from external channels.
