Can I try Belco without paying?

Of course! We have a 14-day trial period during which you can get to know our software and try out how it works without any obligation. Not sure or have questions? You can always call us during your trial period or send us a message via the internal chat: we can answer all your questions and help you where necessary.

I have several web shops, do I pay extra now?

No, you do not pay extra if you have several shops in your account. You can even easily label your different shops so that you never mix them up: ideal for multi-stores.

How do I pay for Belco?

You conclude a monthly or annual contract with Belco. You choose the package that suits you and pay in advance by iDEAL or credit card. Any extra services are charged afterwards.

What about discounts?

We give you a 10% discount when you take out an annual subscription and pay the invoice in one go. Would you like to purchase Belco for 2 years? Then we give 25% discount on the subscription, contact us for more information!

Can I cancel and/or change the package?

Of course, we hope that you will remain a satisfied customer of ours for a long time, but you can of course cancel your contract at any time for any reason: this can be done every month and is very easy to do. Upgrading and downgrading can also be done at any time, but please note that with an annual payment you can only downgrade after the contract period.

What does it cost to make and receive calls via Belco?

For incoming calls and mutual calls we charge a rate of 1 ct per minute. Outgoing calls are different per country, see our price list here (EEA). Calling to VAST NL costs 2,53 ct per minute (without start tick) and to MOBILE NL 3,19 ct per minute.
