Why link E-mail to your customer service software?
It is advisable to integrate your e-mail into your customer service environment. This way, you keep a good overview of which new e-mails come in and which follow-up actions need to be taken. Moreover, by working with a shared inbox, everyone can view and deal with the e-mails: this way, e-mails are never left lying around (with one person).
In Belco, you can link your e-mail to our customer service software easily and within 5 minutes. With a special forwarding function, you automatically forward all incoming e-mails to Belco, while your mailbox remains intact.
5 Useful E-mail Functions in Belco
Belco has added a number of clever features to e-mail to make customer communication efficient and smooth. We explain some of them below.
1. Business rules
In Belco, you can use business rules to ensure that e-mails are immediately forwarded to the right team or person. For example, you can immediately forward all e-mails that contain the word 'complaint' to the appropriate person or department, who can then deal with the e-mail.
2. Your own e-mail template
With the markup template engine you can easily create a personalised template for your emails: in your own style and with a custom signature.
3. Fast reactions
This feature will save you a lot of time. The quick response feature in Belco allows you to give predefined answers to customer e-mails. For example, you can respond quickly to a frequently asked question from a customer. You can call up quick reactions with the # function and fine-tune them where necessary.
4. Customer recognition
When you link your e-mail to Belco, you can see in the system which customer sent you an e-mail. You can see previous conversations with the customer, as well as the order history and the most important customer data - which saves you a lot of searching.
5. Internal forwarding of e-mails
You can also easily forward messages internally to a colleague, but also to a party outside Belco, such as a supplier. When you receive a response to your forwarded e-mail, it will automatically come in as an internal note and you can immediately follow up on it.
