Meet the faces behind Belco

From customer happiness, HR and sales to administration and planning, Madelon is at home in all Belco markets. With her excellent organisational skills, she knows how to turn unstructured ideas into concrete plans. In addition, she fulfils the role of mother superior and keeps the pack of men in line - and that's necessary too.

As a Support Specialist, Reinoud is the first point of contact for our customers. With his specialist knowledge and long experience at Belco, he knows the answer to (almost) all questions, thinks along with customers and solves problems quickly - always friendly and with a smile.

Edwin likes to describe himself as a 'professional busybody' - and there is some truth in that. He is involved in many processes within Belco and is always ready to give his honest opinion. He likes to keep the working atmosphere upbeat with the necessary (sometimes bad) humour, but is also known to be very driven, with a sharp vision for the future of Belco.

This down-to-earth Frisian helps colleague Reinoud in the support department. And he learns fast: his knowledge of Belco increases every day and by asking the right questions to customers, he knows how to analyse problems quickly.

Initially, Binq was appointed head of security, but this position soon proved to suit him badly. Instead of an alarming bark, everyone in the building is received with a wagging tail. Binq's work ethic is also not something to write home about, but hey... it's cosy.

Hello, my name is Arjan and I design apps, websites and web applications. For the past 10 years, I've been helping companies design valuable digital experiences that are easy to use for everyone, regardless of device or browser.

I like to work in a place where I can learn and grow. That way I can encourage others and learn new things as well. My dream assignment would be one where I get to work on beautiful designs that need some magic from me so that they turn into high-quality HTML/CSS markup. I would feel fulfilled after each assignment.
